A combo unit consists of two trestle segments joined by a deck bridge. This type of design is perfect for a railroad spanning a river or gorge. The photo shows a unit built for a gorge crossing, with bents of various heights to match landscape contours. It can also be built with bents at equal heights for different landscape options.
